Editor-in-Chief 

Dr. Dalia Kriksciuniene, Editor-in-Chief of the IJMPP Journal and Member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP), is the associated professor, dr. of the Department of Informatics of Vilnius University in Lithuania, She‘s got her Diploma of engineer-mathematician at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), and the degree of doctor of social sciences (management and administration) in 2004 at University of Management and Economics (Lithuania). Dalia Kriksciuniene is the member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP). 

She published numerous articles, where about 20 of them have been presented in the international conferences and included to publications, indexed by Thomson Scientific database, Springer, IEEE and other scientific databases. 

Dr. Kriksciuniene served as program committee chair of the scientific workshops and streams, organized in conjunction with many prestigious scientific conferences, Dalia has experience as member of editorial and program committees, reviewer and sessions chair at international scientific conferences. 

She’s got her experience of professional practice in the positions of Marketing and information systems manager at Baltic Clipper Ltd. (1994-2000) and director of J. Masiulis Ltd. Bookstore “Knygu aleja” (2001-2004).


Co-Editors

Dr. Vesna Damnjanovic, Co-Editor and member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP), is an Assistant Professor and Head of Marketing management and Public Relations Department of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She teaches on undergraduate and master studies. She published many research papers and case studies in the field of Marketing and Sales management and her research activities contributed to the successful outcome of several international conferences. 

She finished Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. Vesna also provided International lectures at faculties in Slovenia, Turkey, Austria and Macedonia. She is a member of IACMP of the International Institute of Marketing Professionals and Member of International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession of the International Institute of Marketing Professionals, representing the SERBIA. Vesna is Editorial Advisory Board member on Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies (EEMCS) from June 2010. She is Country Director for Serbia of EuroMed Research Business Institute in Cyprus. Her research interest includes:, Market Strategy in Emerging markets, Destination Branding and Sales Management. 

Dr. Riteshkumar Dalwadi, Co-Editor of the IJMPP Journal and is a management educator, business researcher, management consultant and a corporate trainer. He possesses rich experience academic and industry of including training, research, and teaching. Dr. Dalwadi has to his credit articles and research papers, published and presented at national and international conferences and seminars. He has also been on the reviewer boards and track chair at various state and national level conferences and seminars. 

He also undertakes management consulting and corporate training assignments in the area of Marketing Management, Business Communication, Consumer Behavior, Brand Building, Leadership and more (depending on clients’ requirements). Dr. Dalwadi is Associate Member of The Institute of Management Consultants of India. During his academic life he has been awarded and honored for several times for my exceptional performance in various management events and competitions. 

Dr. Suneel Sethi, PhD (Business Administration), MABC (USA), FIMM, MIMA, A-IIMA, Co-Editor of the IJMPP Journal and a member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP). He is a highly qualified broad based academic leader with an extensive history of research, teaching and consulting in a variety of Business programs in universities and B Schools, internationally. He also has an illustrious career of management consulting to back upon having set up industrial projects in a broad array of industries and market sectors. He conducted marketing research studies, in multicultural markets, on a number of industrial and consumer products. 

Dr. Suneel Sethi has written and published more than 200 articles on Marketing and Management besides topics of general interest, published in professional journals and magazines, worldwide. He writes about the post-industrial revolution, the way ideas spread, marketing, quitting, leadership and most of all, changing everything in his Blog, ‘Panacea’ (http://drsuneelsethi.wordpress.com). He was Editor-in-Chief, World’s Latest Technologies & New Products and Editor, Chemical Digest, in India. He has recently written a part of the IIMP’s Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP™) Handbook on Sustainability Marketing.

He has credit of several articles /Research papers published in national and international Journals, world renowned International conferences proceedings. 

Apart from this, Dr. Alam has association with several Journals national and International as advisory Board member and conducted several International Seminar and conferences at Delhi, Bangalore Chennai and Jeddah as its convener. Dr. Alvin Chan is formerly an Associate Professor and Academic Director of a university in Asia. In addition to his academic role, he is also a sought-after Brand Management Consultant in Asia. Currently, he is an External Examiner for Masters/ Phd Dissertations for a Swiss business school in Zurich.

For his contribution towards Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurialism, Dr. Chan was awarded an Advisory Board Membership with the Cambridge Philosophy Institute in 2003.

In the year 2008, Dr. Chan was awarded “Outstanding Foreign Experts 2008 of Jilin Province” by the Education Department, Foreign Experts Bureau and Foreign Affairs Office of Jilin Province for his contribution to the province as a foreign expert.

Dr. Alvin Chan graduated with a BA (Merit) in Economics and Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore, a Post-graduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (UK). In addition, Dr Chan read his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at California Coast University.

Dr. Bashir Ahmed Bhuiyan, Member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP) and an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He submitted his Ph.D. dissertation in the Department of Marketing Studies and International Marketing, in the University of Chittagong on “Entrepreneurship Development in Bangladesh: Effectiveness of Support Services”. 

He has been in teaching and research at the Business Administration Discipline for the last 15 years. The notable academic and professional journals where the research articles of Mr. Bhuiyan have been published are Asian profiles, Canada; International Business Research Papers, Australia; Ooi Teaching Journal of Junior Academy, U.S.A, Chittagong University Journal of Business Studies, Bangladesh; Journal of Bankers, Bangladesh; Bangladesh Insurance Academy Journal, Bangladesh; Leading University Journal Business, Society and Science and Sylhet International University Journal, Bangladesh. 

Dr. Bhuiyan visited many academic institutions including Harvard University, U.S.A; Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India; Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, India; Pondicherry University, India; Pune University, India; and Royal Institute of Management, Thimpu, Bhutan for presenting research papers and other academic purposes. He is one of the members of in the Editorial Board of the Journal of Business, Society and Science of the Leading University, Bangladesh. 

Dr. Bikramjit Rishi, has an MBA and PhD. He also holds Post Doctoral Fellowship of the European Commission. He has more than decade experience in academics, research, training and consultancy. He has publications in national and international journals of repute and he has participated and chaired sessions in various national and international seminars and conferences. His teaching interests include Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour and Internet Marketing. His research and consulting interests include Market Orientation, Customer Service, Customer Centricity and Internal Customer Sensitization. He has conducted many Management Development Programmes for public as well as private sector organizations. 

Dr Gurmeet Singh, is Associate Dean (Research and Graduate Affairs) for the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE), The University of The South Pacific (USP), Suva, Fiji. Dr. Singh is also acting head School of Management and Public Administration, FBE, USP. 

Dr. Singh has over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, consultancy and executive training for industries. He has worked both in India and abroad on various teaching assignments. His teaching, research and consulting interests include marketing, marketing research, international marketing, international business, consumer behavior, advertising management, customer service & customer satisfaction, small business, e-governance and entrepreneurship. 

Dr. Singh has more than 76 research papers to his credit, most of which have been published in international refereed journals. Dr. Singh is also the editor for “Journal of Pacific Studies” (JPS) a refereed bi-annual Journal published by FBE, The University of The South Pacific; Co-editor for “Journal of Innovative Education Strategies” (JIES), a refereed bi-annual Journal published from Washington DC, USA and associate editor International Business and Management ISSN 1923-841X (Print) ISSN 1923-8428 (Online) CRDCSC Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Dr. Singh has also won 2008 Japanese award for outstanding research on development during 10th Annual Global Development Conference (held in Kuwait during 2009). 

Dr. Rany Ibrahim, brings over 18 years of international business experience in private and public sectors marketing and strategic management. With a focus on Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Matchmaking, International Trade, Government Relations, and Community Economic Development. He also worked as a Management Consultant with several Government Departments and as an expert on the Middle East & North African – Canadian International Trade Relations. as an academic, Rany’s Teaching dossier includes courses in International Business Strategy, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, Managing People, and Organizational Behaviour courses at Dalhousie University. 

Rany has served on the Advisory Board to the Minister of Immigration, a Board Member with an Economic Development Authority, a Senator at Dalhousie University, Provincial Account Executive for Business Retention and Expansion program, Regional Sales Manager, Station Manager, and as Head of Customer Services Department for a for several European and North American private companies. He presented a wide range of academic papers and served as a guest speaker and panelist on Economic Development, Politics, Public Policy, and Immigration topics. 

Rany holds a Ph.D. in Economics & Politics. a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelors of Commerce in Business Administration (B.Comm.), a Certificate in Information Technology (ITP), and a Certificate in Management (CIM), and the designation of Chartered Manager (F.CIM.) from the Canadian Institute of Management. Furthermore, Rany is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). 

Dr. Sanjaya Singh Gaur, PhD (Management), is an Associate Professor of Sales and Marketing at Auckland University of Technology. He joined the Business School at AUT University to take a leadership role in Sales discipline in 2007. Sanjaya’s experience in academia spans over two decades includes research, consulting, teaching and training. He has also taught and/or conducted research at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Indian School of Mines Dhanbad, SPJain Institute of Management & Research Mumbai & Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani in India, the University of Hoseo and SIT University in South Korea, Linköping University in Sweden, Westphalian Wilhelms University of Muenster in Germany and Stepehen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in USA. 

Dr. Gaur is well published and is an experienced graduate supervisor. He has published books titled “Board Characteristics and Firm Performance”, “Statistical Methods for Practice and Research – A Guide to Data Analysis Using SPSS” and “Event Marketing and Management” and several papers in highly ranked research journals. Besides being active in research and teaching, Dr Gaur has also been consultant to several multinational companies including GlaxoSmithKline, AMO, Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, Ranbaxy Laboratories, RFCL, Geologistics India, KMPL, SGS and Godrej & Boyce. 

Dr. Slavica Cicvaric Kostic, is a member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP) and an associate professor at the Department of Marketing Management and Public Relations, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Marketing and Public Relations (PR). Her areas of scientific and consulting interest include integrated communications, branding, stakeholder relations, marketing in public sector. Slavica has been a visiting lecturer in Slovenia (University of Ljubljana) and Slovakia (University in Nitra). She presented her research work in a number of international conferences and academic journals. She was also in charge for organization of various international conferences and workshops. 

Slavica has a corporate experience, in the position of PR manager in the joint venture of real estate company MPC Properties and Merrill Lynch, and in the position of Director for business development in the consulting company for international communications, where she worked as senior consultant for international clients. A part of her work in Public Relations field was awarded by national PR association. 

Dr. Sofia Daskou, President of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP), holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde (UK), and an M.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Stirling (UK). She is currently the Coordinator of the Bachelors of Science in Business Administration of Hellenic American University, and a member of the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Marketing Intelligence and Planning and the International Journal of Economics and Business Research. She has teaching experience of over 12 years in European and American Universities and has published her research work in a number of international academic journals. Previously her marketing consulting experience had focused on the sectors of professional services, media management, retailing, high technology products and business networks. In terms of research and consulting she is currently interested in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), consumer issues, business relationships, consumer satisfaction, mental models of strategic thinking, sustainability marketing, marketing education and service quality. 

Dr. Veena Tewari Nandi, PhD, MBA (International Marketing), has a rich experience of consultancy, research and teaching. She has to her credit around 50 publications by virtue of conferences, seminars and journals both at the international and national level. She has been to East Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Africa for various teaching, consulting and research assignments. She is a life member of CEEMAN (International Management Development Association) IEDRC (International Economics Development Centre), IAENG, RG Society, Anne Mary Publications, David Publishing House. She has organized various conferences and seminars for an effective industry institute interface. Her areas of specializations are Consumer Behavior, Corporate social responsibility and use of computers in services. She is an alumnus of Delhi University and Indraprasth University. 

Dr. Dhiraj Sharma, Member Advisory Council of the International Journal of Marketing Principles and Practices (IJMPP), and Director Academic Accreditation at IIMP; is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. He earned Master and Doctorate degrees in Marketing from Jiwaji University, and also completed many courses of Post-Graduate Program from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, and Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad. Apart from industry stints in India with TCI Ltd. and Aloke Fibrecares Pvt. Ltd., he worked with ISB-Hyderabad, and IIM-Ahmedabad, where he was groomed for career in teaching and research. He has also taught at Graduate School of Business, Chonnam National University, South Korea; and IIM-Rohtak, India. He has chaired sessions in international conferences, and published in journals of repute. He received 3rd best paper award in doctoral student paper competition at 7th AIMS International Conference at IIM-Bangalore.

Dr. Christopher Preece, is a Professor of International Construction Business at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), at the International Campus in Kuala Lumpur. From 2008 to 2010 he was with the Department of Quantity Surveying at IIUM (International Islamic University Malaysia), in Kuala Lumpur. From 1994 to 2008, Professor Preece was with the Construction Management Group at the School of Civil Engineering, University of Leeds, UK. His specialist research field is in the area of business management in the engineering sectors and is currently directing research in the areas of CSR, quality and value management in construction. A number of these projects are in collaboration with colleagues in Universities abroad including Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He has supervised more than 100 PhD and Masters students. Professor Preece is a recognized authority in international business development and marketing. He has published more than 60 books and papers at national and international level. He is a co-founder and joint editor of the Journal of Quantity Surveying & Construction Business. He is a co-founder of CIB Task Group 82, Marketing in Construction. Professor Preece is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and has recently been appointed an international Construction Ambassador for the CIOB. Professor Preece is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. He has been external examiner at several international universities including Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK, and is currently the assessor for the Advanced Diploma in Technology (Building) at Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Kuala Lumpur, and the Advanced Construction Management course, School of Science and Technology, Wawasan Open University, Malaysia.

Dr. Jane Peihsun Wu, PhD (Marketing) is a member of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP) and a Professor at Peking Unvieristy, HSBC Business School, China. She is also the Director of Modern Marketing Research Institute whereby there are much collaboration with other academic institutions, government agencies and industry enterprises. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from Cornell University majoring in marketing, Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University majoring in Industrial Engineering. She has also worked for 5 years in the marketing consulting industry prior to taking up a position within the academia. 

She has 15 years of industry and academic experiences in the Marketing Field. She specialized in retailing, channel managmenet, branding and e-commerce. She has published numerous academic papers, conducted many research projects and also industry consulting. She is advising many Master and PH.D students in the field of marketing. She has consulted in various Chinese Government Ministries including Commerce, Technology and Agriculture. She is a selected member of the official talent list within the Guandong Province, City of Guangzhou and City of Shenzhen. 

Prof. Dr. Naushadul Haque Mullick, Vice President Communications of the International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession (IACMP), is a Professor & Program Director (Marketing) at Institute for International Management & Technology. He has done his Ph.D from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi on “Consumer’s Expectations from Shopping Malls in NCR Delhi”. He also has an MBA in Marketing from Aligarh Muslim University and 24 years experience in industry and academics. His areas of interest include Sales & Distribution Management, Services Marketing & Retail Management. He has also written 7 books and has many publications to his credit. He has also organized and participated in a number of international conferences, seminars, events, and panel discussions. 

Prof. Dr. Pacha Malyadri, M.Com., PhD, PGDCA, has 27 years of experience of Teaching, Research, Administration, Training and consultancy. A prolific writer, Dr. Malyadri has published 57 research papers and 4 Books in the field of Marketing, Micro Finance, Entrepreneurial development, Rural development etc., . He is on the International Editorial advisory boards as a Member in twenty one International Peer reviewed journals published from Canada, USA, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Italy ,Turkey ,Dubai ,India etc. He has presented several research papers in around 80 National and International seminars and conferences and also acted as Chairman of several technical sessions. Dr. Malyadri carried out two Major Research Projects sponsored by University Grants Commission. 

Dr. Malyadri is guiding PhD students in the Departments of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University and awarded 2 PhD & 22 M.Phil grads under his guidance. He served as Programme officer National Service Scheme for five years and conducted several programmes and received outstanding awards. Presently Dr. Malyadri is serving as a Principal, Government Degree College, Osmania University. He received several outstanding awards for his academic achievements including State level Best Teacher award honoured by Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2008. His research interests include CRM, Customer satisfaction, Bank Marketing and Micro Finance. 

Dr. V. V. Gopal, PGDBM PhD, has worked with various industries in the areas of marketing and strategy for more than 15 years. He switched to a teaching career with IBS, Hyderabad and is currently Professor (Marketing) at Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management. He has been involved in conducting research projects, publishing research papers, case study development, consultancy and training. A recent case on JSW Shoppe was ranked among the top ten cases in the ISB-Ivey case competition and is published by Richard Ivey School of Business. He has edited 12 books in the area of marketing and general management. He is a member of IERDC (International Economics Development Centre) and also on the editorial board of select international journals. An alumina of IMT (Ghaziabad) his interests are in retail management, sales and distribution and strategic marketing. 

Prof. Kunal Gaurav, Senior Vice President of Operations of the Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards (IAMS), responsible for leading the finalization and documentation of the Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards, is a distinguished academician with a focus on Marketing Management. He is an AIMA – Accredited Management Teacher and currently working as an Associate Professor in the area of Marketing Management at Dhruva College of Management (DCM), Hyderabad, India. He is the Editor of an international level management journal “Vidwat: The Indian Journal of Management”. 

Professor Gaurav has published a number of books as well as various articles and research papers in the area of General Management, relationship marketing, Brand Management and Social Entrepreneurship. A member of All India Management Association (AIMA), Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) and Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), Professor Gaurav is gold medalist in MBA – Marketing from L N Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, Patna and he is currently pursuing a PhD – Business Administration from AIMA – AMU. 

Prof. Ashish Bhalla is B.Com, M.Com, M.B.A (Finance & Marketing). He is working as Assistant Professor in ABES IT Group of Institutions Ghaziabad. He previously worked with ICICI Group as Financial Services Manager. His research interests include Branding, Sales & Distribution Management & Marketing Strategy of FMCG Products. 

Mr. Djordje Teofilovic Vice President of Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards (IAMS) Committee, comes with a significant experience as a marketing and public relations consultant in Serbia. He worked in international trade field upon arrival to Canada and also served as a marketing instructor at The Art Institute of Toronto, he is currently an instructor at Kennedy College of Technology in the department of Business Administration. He teaches various subjects in business. In addition, he is currently working on a start up project that focuses on green marketing practices and environmental sustainability. 

Djordje holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Mount Mercy University and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from McNeese State University. And is currently a candidate of Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Marketing with Argosy University. 

Ms. Jacqueline Humphries, Senior Vice President of Finance of the Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards (IAMS) Board, responsible for leading the planning and implementing of strategies to generate funds in order to run the operations relevant to the development of the Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards, Ms. Jacqualene is a senior business leader with extensive experience in the fields of Marketing & Business Development, in her long corporate experience she successfully managed considerable budgets translating into a track record of successful strategies, she is currently a Chief Marketing Officer for a leading telecommunications company in South Africa, Ms. Jacqualene holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria. 

Ms. Marija Jovic, MSc, PhD (Marketing) Candidate, is a member of the Advisory Council for International Journal of Marketing Principles and Practices (IJMPP) and Editorial Director with the Publications Management Committee at the International Institute of Marketing Professionals (IIMP®). She is a teaching assistant at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organization Sciences, Department of Marketing Management and Public Relations. She is a PhD candidate at the same University. Her areas of scientific and consulting interest include online markets and marketing strategies for e-commerce. She presented her research work in a number of international conferences and academic journals. She was also a member of several project founded by the European Commission, as by the Serbian Government. Maria has a corporate experience in the position of PR manager at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, and in the Organization sector of the company Wiener Städtische Beograd. 

Mr. Zahid Ali, MBA (Marketing), M.Phil, is a member of the Advisory Council for International Journal of Marketing Principles and Practices (IJMPP) and AVP Publications with the Publications Management Committee at the International Institute of Marketing Professionals (IIMP®). Mr. Ali holds an MBA from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (Pakistan). He has worked several years for DuPont Pakistan Agricultural Division as Trainee Customer Services and Sales Officer. Since April 2003, he is working as Lecturer in Marketing at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Yet, he remained an active member and change agent in the agriculture sector of Bahawalpur.
