As a Country Manager for Sri Lanka, Rasangi is a team member with the Global Alliances Committee at the International Institute of Marketing Professionals. She develops and implements marketing plans in-line with the Unit’s strategic goals focused on establishing IIMP® and its branded products and services as the “premier service” provider for marketers globally within the country.

A highly talented Strategic Marketing & Communications Professional counting for 10 years of experience with proven results, Rasangi’s career started from a developing country context in the fields of direct web service to e-marketing technologies, food retail, tourism and hospitality marketing, restaurant development and event management, progressing further through a multi-faceted career in international marketing in the competitive higher education industry in United Kingdom. Rasangi is currently overlooking the marketing operations in Sri Lanka at Häfele, one of the leading international brands specializing in German Hardware Technology.

Rasangi’s enthusiasm and dynamic personality with experience spanning across different sectors in Asia as well as in Europe has given Rasangi the ability to be flexible for changing circumstances while successfully carrying the tasks she was entrusted with throughout. A MBA holder specialising in Marketing Management, Rasangi is a past graduate of the University of London and also holds qualifications in multi-languages.
